Ms. Todd joined Wylie, McBride, Platten & Renner in 1992 as a Paralegal supporting two associates and one of-counsel attorney.  She now holds the positions of both Sr. Paralegal and Controller.  Linda is the foundation in which our firm operates with such precise efficiency.

As our Sr. Paralegal she brings to the table 30 years of experience in all aspects of labor and employment law, civil litigation trial prep and post-trial work, arbitrations, both interest and grievance, as well as MOU negotiations.  She is well-versed in all state, federal and appellate courts, as well as the National Labor Relations Board and Public Employment Relations Board.

As our Controller, she is tasked with running our entire firm and does so with a great deal of ease and respect, from handling billing and accounting to managing staff.

Our firm relocated in 2019 and Linda single-handedly controlled all aspects of the entire move; selecting a location, negotiating a lease, dealing with contractors, purchasing new décor, hiring and overseeing movers and other tasks too countless to mention. For months Linda worked most nights until the early morning hours, as her work ethic is unparalleled.   The firm’s effortless transition to our new location was only possible by Linda’s profound tenacity.
