
Mr. Jesinger was a shareholder with Wylie, McBride, Platten & Renner for 24 years before leaving to pursue a career as in-house counsel for one or our labor union clients where he retired in 2015. We were proud to welcome Robert back in 2017 as an of counsel attorney. Mr. Jesinger has 45 years overall experience working with Labor Unions and their employee benefit Taft-Hartley Trust Funds.
Mr. Jesinger’s career in labor and employment law commenced in the Southern California area in 1975. He returned to Northern California to assume responsibility for the firm’s clients in Northern California in 1977. He became the senior partner in his own law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area and later merged and accepted a partnership position with the Wylie firm as the senior labor and employment law partner.
Mr. Jesinger is experienced in representing trustees of pension plans, both defined contribution and defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans, apprenticeship plans, as well as labor management cooperation trust funds.
